Marriott Rewards members can elect to earn double miles or up to three free nights on all stays up until April 30, starting with the second stay.

The two promotions, Mega Miles and Mega Bonus, are running for the same time period but members who elect to earn miles are not able to take part in the Mega Bonus promotion, and vice versa.

To take part in the Mega Miles offer members must register at marriottrewards.com/megamiles and complete at least two stays between February 1 and April 30 in order to earn double miles with a selected airline partner.

Marriott rewards has 35 airline partners for which miles can be earned, including Air France/KLM Flying Blue, British Airways Executive Club, Cathay Pacific Asia Miles, Emirates Airlines Skywards, Singapore Airlines Kris Flyer, United Airlines Mileage Plus and Virgin Atlantic Flying Club.

Most partner airlines offer a base rate of two airline miles per US dollar spent on all qualifying charges at the JW Marriott, Autograph Collection, Renaissance Hotels, Marriott Hotels and Resorts and Marriott Vacation Club brands.

At the Ritz-Carlton, Edition and Gaylord hotel brands, miles are offered at two per US dollar spent on room rate only. At the remaining brands, including Courtyard by Marriott, AC Hotels by Marriott, Fairfield Inn and Suites by Marriott, Spring Hill Suites by Marriott, Residence Inn by Marriott, Towne Place Suites by Marriott and Marriott Executive Apartments members can earn one mile per US dollar spent on room rate alone. Mega Bonus allows members to earn a free night at a category 1-4 hotel following each second paid stay, up to a maximum of three free nights. Registration for this promotion is open until March 15 at marriottrewards.com/megabonus2013. For more information visit marriott.com/rewards.
