I am booked on the above flights departing 12th October and returning 19th October. I have booked 2 premium economy seats and have been allocated 31 H & K. Looking at your seat plan website I cannot find these seats as Premium.
Can you confirm that they are.

The aircraft listed for this route is a Boeing 747. We think it must be the one shown as Config. 4 on Seatplans, which does have these seat numbers in premium economy.
