Published: 04/04/2010 RSS
Question:
We have booked our Nice holiday with Expedia and fly with Jet2.com on May 21, returning May 24. We would like to choose our seats onboard flight 241 and 242. Any advice?

Seatplans.com replies:
Dear Sandra,
To reserve your seats in advance, use Jet2.com’s online check-in facility: http://www.jet2.com/check-in
You should be aware that a fee applies to seat allocation, but if you’re after a seat with a bit more space it could be worth it.
According to Jet2.com, seats are allocated on a first-come-first-served basis, so you may want to be quick about it. Also, whatever you do, remember to print off your boarding passes ahead of time if you check-in online. It’ll save you a lot of time and hassle.
According to those flight numbers, you will be flying on a B737-300 from Leeds to Cote D'Azur and back. When you do come to check in online, you should be presented with a seating map. As a rule you can’t fail with an exit row seat, but be warned that airlines normally ask passengers sitting in exit rows to be able-bodied. This is so they can help in the event of an emergency.
