On the A321, economy seating is in a 3-3 configuration (A,B,C - D,E,F). Row 8 offers more legroom. Further back, the exit row, row 21, offers a great deal of space, but perhaps the better seats if travelling alone are seats 22A and F behind it.
Note that Club Europe seating can extend as far back as row 17 if demand is high enough, which would wipe out the row eight option.
