Bmibaby (airline code WW) is a British low cost airline with bases at Birmingham, East Midlands and Belfast International airports.

Following the purchase of Bmi by British Airways' holding company IAG, Bmibaby will be closed and cease to fly as of September 2012.

Ownership

Bmibaby is a subsidiary of Bmi. Both Bmi and Bmibaby have been sold by their owners Lufthansa. An agreement to sell Bmibaby to another unnamed carrier has fallen through and Bmibaby's future looks uncertain, however Bmibaby will operate as normal until October 2012.
