Pegasus flew Wataniya Airways Premium Economy, on a A320
I have flown both on the Premium Economy and in First Class and was happy with both. Naturally there are more facitlities in First Class and you have your own personal screen with a lot of entertainment channels to choose from, but since I was working onboard the flight (or sleeping) the Premium Economy option was very comfortable and convenient.
