Passengers on Boeing 767-300ER, 747 or 777-200 aircraft will find the United Global First Suite, the type of first class seat that has now become the industry standard, i.e. a large completely flat bed.
The seat is 6'6" (1.98m) long and in a smart understated grey cabin. There is on-demand programming with a 15.4-inch video monitor with more than 150 hours of entertainment on all 767 and 747 aircraft, and select 777 aircraft.
Seats have a laptop power source and ergonomic tray table to comfortably accommodate laptop computers (an adapter is required on some 777 aircraft). There is also a USB port for charging mobile phones, digital cameras and other electronic devices on all 747 and 767s and select 777 aircraft.
The meal service includes a customized dining experience with menus featuring appetizer, salad and choice of entrée, including local cuisine where available. Desserts include signature ice cream sundaes, fresh fruit and cheeses, port, and after-dinner liqueurs.

I flew from SFO to ICN. Boarding was the only bad experience of this trip but it was due to punctuality. Boarding was delayed at least 45 minutes but as a First Class customer, I was one of the first to board. Was upgraded to First, which was great, as this is the old 777 configuration that United can't seem to get updated. A tired, old plane, but first class is nice. Coming home I was on the same config, and wasn't able to upgrade, so I flew in the recliner business class seat. It really doesn't compare to anyone else's business class and should be a much lower price. more
