I've never on a long haul flight had to pay for tea or coffee. To only be given one with your meal and then expected to pay for more whilst on a 10hr flight is disgusting. Every other long haul airline I've used has never charged for this or for entertainment. You get given four films any more ...

Found the flight perfectly adequate. As a budget airline they take every opportunity to charge you, but the entertainment upgrade was worth the money with some excellent suggestions to choose from. The seats were comfortable enough especially for nine-plus hours, although more leg-room is always ...

Flight was to join P&O Caribbean cruise. Original aircraft economy class configuration was 2-4-2. On this basis I booked and paid for row 14a and 14c - an aisle and window. The reason was one of the passengers had a knee problem and needed an aisle seat. A few days before departure ...

Flew with Thomas Cook to Cancun. We booked a pair of seats at the rear for the outward and Premium Economy for the return. On the outward journey we were told that the entertainment system was not working!!! 10hrs + with no entertainment (you can only read a book for so long). As compensation we ...

No real advantage going premium. Seating uncomfortable. Entertainment limited and faulty. cabin crew sullen, terse and indifferent. Made complaint re flight when arrived at destination and there was no response, not even acknowledgement. I vow to never fly with Thomas Cook again.

I can only say this is the worst journey, to and from anywhere, I have ever had. We flew to Cuba from Gatwick and if you book the extra legroom seats, a warning, if you are not below a size 14 you will probably be very uncomfortable! The seats have the tray table in the armrest and are solid ...
