    Thomas Cook Airlines Economy

    Manchester to Orlando
    on: A330-200 (Two-class)

The seats were comfortable enough especially for nine-plus hours, although more leg-room is always ...

Flight was to join P&O Caribbean cruise. Original aircraft economy class configuration was 2-4-2. On this basis I booked and paid for row 14a and 14c - an aisle and window. The reason was one of the passengers had a knee problem and needed an aisle seat. A few days before departure ...

Flew with Thomas Cook to Cancun. We booked a pair of seats at the rear for the outward and Premium Economy for the return. On the outward journey we were told that the entertainment system was not working!!! 10hrs + with no entertainment (you can only read a book for so long). As compensation we ...

    Thomas Cook Airlines Premium economy

No real advantage going premium. Seating uncomfortable. Entertainment limited and faulty. cabin crew sullen, terse and indifferent. Made complaint re flight when arrived at destination and there was no response, not even acknowledgement. I vow to never fly with Thomas Cook again.

I am 5' 10" and average weight. The seat spaces are totally unacceptable. Typical greed tries to add a few extra seats at the expense of the passengers comfort. This greed will lose TC a lot of business over time. I for one will never fly with them again. To top off the 3hr discomfort, the 'all ...
