In economy the seating configuration is 2-4-2 (A,B - D,E,F,G - J,K). Row 45 is clearly the one to opt for, but failing this, row 31, behind the business cabin, is probably a good alternative.

Further back, consider the seats from row 64 onwards, as the layout changes here to become 2-3-2, so will at least provide more elbow room.
