Outward bound Faro-LHR via Lisbon executive class...superb experience and time flew in their very comfortable Lisbon lounge [6 hrs stopover] food excellent and service beyond reproach.

Inward bound LHR to Faro in economy dreadfull experience...initially bumped on to an earlier non cabin service flight as my flight would not have made connection in Lisbon...connecting flight was delayed over one hour with no advice or communication.....finally they lost my luggage for two days although located by them in a few hours...I have sent 6 emails requesting some compensation but only recd acknowledgements and no definitive reply [2 weeks have elapsed].

To sumarise TAP executive is excellent. Tap economy is dreadfull...customer relations needs a good kick up the backside...and last but not least communications are an absolute joke.

I flew yesterday from Frankfort to Lisbon, when I was boarding I was upgraded to Business and that was fabulous.

Firstly, the staff is extremely helpful, they were in a good mood and they were always checking out if someone wanted something. The food: It was delicious!!! We had a menu with the possibility of two dishes ( one was with pasta the other one was with meat, I chose Meat) it was very good, it came with a salad, the main dish, a crème brûlée ( with apple moose in the bottom of the dish), French cheese and butter to put on the bread ( that was warm) and a kind of biscuits !!!

Strongly recommend business on these flights, more than 2:30h . In-flight entertainment: was a bit repetitive...

Business is actually good, but it's a bit expensive. Food in Business is very, but very good.
