Swiss is introducing a new first class product which will be fitted first to new Airbus A330-300s.
The new first class seat is fully flat and more than 78 inches (two metres) long. There is a 23-inch (58cm) television with on demand entertainment plus a USB port, iPod connector, telephone with SMS text messaging and mains connector.
The decor is stylish, with light wood and brown leather. A neat accessory is a small touchscreen that is used for seat adjustment. Other comforts include light duvets and pyjamas.
Dining is a matter of choosing from the seven course menu served on demand. Meals can be shared with a companion on the large table stowed in the seat.
Seat configuration is 1-2-1 across all aircraft (A - D,G - K).
