This aircraft contains the new SAA business product, i.e. a pod-style seat that is 74 inches (188cm) long and 24 inches (60cm) wide. The seat folds out to a fully flat bed.

The cabin is split into two and configured 2-2-2 (A,C - D,G - H,K). The front cabin is the clear winner here. Firstly it will be quieter, as it is ahead of the engines and secondly, the layout is staggered, giving more of a sense of privacy. Note that in row one, seats 1A, C, H and K are for bassinets.

In the second cabin, row four, apart from the middle two seats, is also for bassinets.

Customers in business class on the A330-200 are provided with a duvet and pillow, a comfort bag with moisturiser, lip balm, fragrance, earplugs, socks, slumber shades, toothbrush and toothpaste.

Entertainment is via a personal monitor with audio/video on demand entertainment.
