Economy on Royal Brunei's short-haul services offers a pitch of 31-32 inches, with 35 inches in the exit rows. Seat width is 17.5 inches with a ten degree recline.
Royal Brunei has six long-haul Boeing 767s, half of which have new long-haul seats with adjustable footrests and winglet headrests. On these aircraft, the pitch is 32-34 inches, but 767s that are still in the old layout only offer 31-34 inches.
Seats on all 767s are 18 inches wide. On reconfigured
aircraft, entertainment is AVOD via an 8.4" seat-back screen. AVOD
systems offer 17 films, five TV channels, 10 games, 150 CDs and 15
radio channels.
Note that Royal Brunei is a "dry" airline and no alcohol is served.

The flight from BBK to BNE via BWN was good in every respects except the entertaining system was once again faulty (as with other flights I have recently boarded) and appeared to be locked onto one video programme for the whole time on the final leg to Brisbane. It was also difficult to switch off for sleep but eventually did turn off after many attempts to curtail... more

Mixing-with-the-best flew Royal Brunei Airlines Economy, on a A320
Flight from Brunei to KK. Only a 45 minute flight so cant go wrong with that! Again good service, beautiful flight attendant crew, and a snack for the 45 minutes... not a bad choice. more
