The B777-200LR has the latest version of Qatar's business class seating that is a fully-flat horizontal bed. Seats are configured 2-2-2 (A,B - E,F - J,K).
Note that in row six, seats A and K have no window directly by the seat, and row seven has the bassinet seats for babies directly behind it with only a curtain separating, so avoid this row (note also that this cabin is typically where families are placed).
