On the narrow body fleet the premier cabin is either termed 'First' or "Business" depending on the route (ie: in the Gulf there is a high demand for first class, and so the premier cabin is marketed as such).

In contrast to European airlines, there is no clear division between the Qatar Airways short haul offering and medium haul offering, partly because of the length of sectors involved. The narrow body fleet of aircraft (ie: those with a single aisle) include the long range version of the A319 which flies from Doha to destinations such as Stockholm in Sweden and Berlin in Germany, as well as destinations throughout the Gulf such as Tehran, Kuwait, Muscat and Jeddah.

The business class seating on the A320 and A321 aircraft is identical, having a seat pitch of 45 inches and seat width of 21.75, with a recline of 12 inches

On the long range A319 aircraft, the seat pitch is 60 inch, with a 20.5 inch width and a recline of 165 degrees.
