Economy seating on the A330 is 2-4-2 (A,B - D,E,F,G - J,K). The only guaranteed seats with extra legroom are those by the exits in row 30, but note that the middle section has a bulkhead which is used for bassinets, so the pairs of seats by the doors are the ones to choose.

If these are not available, there are few other options, as row 20, at the front of the cabin, is a bassinet row throughout. At the rear of the cabin, the configuration changes to 2-3-2, with seat G missing, so this is a possibility if you want more elbow room.
