Flight search
Etihad's new Diamond First Suite product can be found onboard a number of its B777-300ER, A340-600 and A330s (pictured). This is a fully enclosed cabin product consisting of a fully-flat, 6 ft 8 inch, extra wide bed. There is an onboard chef serving a-la carte meals, a 23-inch entertainment screen and a personal wardrobe and mini-bar.
The old Diamond First Class seat is an innovative design that swivels 180 degrees to allow passengers to eat or hold a meeting with a companion. The seats extend to a six feet eight-inch bed.
Each also provides a 23-inch TV screen, two USB ports, a personal wardrobe, mini bar, mirror, magazine rack and desk lamp as well as all the other usual premium seat features. The cabin has a communal lounge area in the front of the aircraft. There is also a washroom that doubles as a changing room with pull down leather seat.

FrustratedRegistration flew Etihad Airways Diamond First, on a A340-500
The limo to Heathrow was on time and the driver very polite. On arrival at T4 I was greeted at the kerb by a ground stewardess and a porter to carry my bag. Premium check-in was empty so that was completed rapidy and the same lady offered to escort me to the lounge but I reckoned I could manage on my own. The lounge is pleasant with some views though it was night.... more
