Was on BR 852 travelled on Feb 25 from HK to Taipei, I must say the service was good, we went to the Plaza Premium Lounge's Eva Air's special lounge area, the ambience of the lounge is good, waitress verycourteous and this extends to onboard with the air stewardess as well.
