First time and probably last. If they are trying to present themselves as an option for an international flight they have a long way to go. Maybe China's population means they only have to cater for their people and not worry about raising their standards. However as their population becomes more sophisticated as international travellers they will shun China Eastern.... more

Can check in over-size luggage if overall luggage does not weight over 20kg.. no extra charge. Flight delayed 1 hr..luggage delivery in Shanghai Hongqiao airport is very slow.. Had to wait 30mins to get luggage.. more
