The computer crashed a check-in but this was soon rectified and the staff were very apologietic. I am a Oneworld (BA) sapphire card holder so had priority boarding with the business class passengers. Cathay also try and keep the middle seat empty next to sapphire acrd holders which is a nice touch I have not found elsewhere on the OneWorld network - not even my... more

a very good, relaxed and comfortable airline. seats were exceptional and the staff were very friendly. personally i have never fallen asleep this fast on a plane more
