The Fokker 70 is configured 2-3 (A,B - D,E,F). In business class, seat E is blocked off, so head for the seats on the right hand side as they will be more spacious. Business class on this aircraft usually extends back to row four.

It's also best to sit as far forward as possible on the Fokker 70 as the engines are attached to the fuselage at the back. Row one faces a bulkhead, but may provide more room.
