Austrian's new long-haul business cabin offers a seat that converts into an all but lie-flat bed (it reclines to 172 degrees), offering up to 60 inches (150cm) of legroom On night flights attendants will cover the blanket and pillow with crisp white bedlinen on request.
Meal service includes an appetiser and aperitif followed by an entrée from the trolley, soup and a choice of three main courses. Meals are rounded off by a selection of cheese and fruit or dessert. Business class cabins have a chef on board to put finishing touches to dishes from DO & CO.
Shortly before landing there is a hot or cold breakfast or snack, depending on the time of day. Austrian's Café Service offers 11 Austrian coffee specialities prepared with blends from its partner Meinl.
On Boeing 777 aircraft there are 12 music and up to 18 movie channels viewed on your own personal screen with Dolby Surround sound. On aircraft with non-interactive systems there are eight feature films (including one specially for children) and 12 audio channels to choose from. There is also an interactive information and entertainment system featuring 10 computer games.

Flew NRT-VIE-BKK on the B777-200 in Business. NRT-VIE was on time but VIE-BKK was slightly delayed. Priority boarding was honoured on both sectors.
