I bought a ticket on Arik Air on Wednesday but I have yet to receive a confirmation email. Also, I was charged twice for my ticket. I was on hold with Arik Air in the United Kingdom, the United States, and South Africa for over thirty minutes each and I have yet been able to speak with anyone. I have emailed and yet to receive a reply as well.

For a young company that needs to convince passengers that the service is reliable and also needs to assuage concerns that a Nigerian company is legitimate, I have not been impressed. To me this seems like another Nigerian Scam!!!

I find Arik Air very comfortable & convenient. The fact that you have connecting flights from Lagos to other cities is fantastic and is one of the reasons I fly with you.

The kilo allow is also very attractive. As it is a long haul flight having the leg space helps with being able to stretch ones legs, especially if one has pains.

Having Nigerian food is also a bonus, as my child does not normally eat air line food.

In the past used to frequently patronize BA & VAA. But after Arik Airways commenced operations from LHR, I have never looked back, I have flown them 7 times now, and my eighth time on July 1st. I think, it is high time Arik Airways commenced frequent flyer points. Other than my gripe about not earning flying points, this Airline Operator is up there with the best. Well Done Arik. Just make sure you run this airline like a going concern, maintaining all standards, and SKY would be your limit !!!!!!!!!

I have taken Arik return Flight from London To Lagos in March 2009, it was the most wonderful experience i have ever had with African Operated Airline, onboard service was surprisingly great and Landing was Noislessly smooth, WELL DONE ARIK AIRLINE, i will recomend you anyday anytime.

I simply loved the business class seat from lagos to london. It was an amazing flight overall, the service quality was good, flight was smooth and most of all i was comfortable. Definately recommended!
