Air Asia Japan is a joint venture between Malaysia's Air Asia and Japan's All Nippon Airways (ANA). The airline is based at Tokyo's Narita airport.

Ownership

Air Asia Japan is 67% owned by ANA and 33% by Air Asia.

Route Network

Air Asia Japan will begin flying in August 2012. Its first routes will be domestic services and to Seoul and Busan in South Korea.

Air Asia Japan is separate to ANA's other budget airline venture, Peach, which is based in Osaka.
