Business class on the A330 is configured 2-2-2 (A,C - D,G - H,K). Note that seats 1D and G face a bulkhead.

Note that since Etihad became the major stake holder in Air Berlin that Air Berlin has begun to adopt Etihad's business class seating. This will be gradually fitted to the Air Berlin fleet, starting with the A330-200.
