Adria Airways (airline code JP) is the national carrier of Slovenia, founded in 1961. Adria operates international scheduled services throughout Europe and charter services to destinations in Europe and the Middle East.

Adria Airways was part-privatised in 1996. It is majority-owned by Slovenian Pension Fund and Kapitalska Družba (77.7%). The state-run Slovenian Restitution Fund holds a further 10% of shares and NLB d.d 8.5%. The remaining shares are publicly owned, some through small investment groups.

Adria Airways' hub is at Ljubljana Jože Punik Airport, Slovenia.

Adria Airways is an associate member of the Star Alliance.
